Monday 14th November - Core & Back
Monday 21st November - Hands, Wrists & Arms
Monday 28th November - Neck & Shoulders
The 6 classes will take you on a journey to deepen your understanding of how yoga benefits the body. Aiming to increase your knowledge, build confidence and ultimately enhance your yoga practice. Each class will focus on a different area of the body, working from the feet up to the neck.
For many people tight and dysfunctional muscles, ligaments and tendons can lead to poor posture and an increase in injury and pain. We will dive deeper into the “why?” behind the importance and benefits of the yoga poses we practice in class.
Classes are live via Zoom and will be recorded - sent to all after class so if there is a week you cannot attend live you will still be able to join in.
If you book after the start date, Ill send you recordings of any classes that have already taken place.
