The 6 classes will take you on a journey to deepen your understanding of how yoga benefits the body. Aiming to increase your knowledge, build confidence and ultimately enhance your yoga practice. Each class will focus on a different area of the body, working from the feet up to the neck.
For many people tight and dysfunctional muscles, ligaments and tendons can lead to poor posture and an increase in injury and pain. We will dive deeper into the “why?” behind the importance and benefits of the yoga poses we practice in class.
Classes are accessible via my On-Demand Platform, take part in your own time over the busy summer period. Access will be valid from day of purchase until Monday 26th September.
