The 6 classes will take you on a journey to deepen your understanding of how yoga benefits the body. Aiming to increase your knowledge, build confidence and ultimately enhance your yoga practice. Each class will focus on a different area of the body, working from the feet up to the neck.
For many people tight and dysfunctional muscles, ligaments and tendons can lead to poor posture and an increase in injury and pain. We will dive deeper into the “why?” behind the importance and benefits of the yoga poses we practice in class.

- Online attendees, if you'd like to do all 6 but can't join all live sessions, I will record & send recordings post class for those you couldn't attend.

A 30 minute class starting with meditation, to find stillness in the mind, and then flow through a sequence of yoga poses to build strength and flexibility in the body. Set yourself up for a calm and productive day, join me on the mat!
Please note: there will be some weeks where I will be unable to deliver the live classes due to holiday or delivering a yoga retreat, but you will still have access to the whole library of videos to take your pick from.

Leave behind the busyness of the everyday, step into a place of relaxation and reconnection. Take a moment to pause, find space to breathe, spend time with likeminded people.
In the morning we will deepen our knowledge of a variety of yoga poses, build confidence and ultimately enhance our yoga practice with an informative workshop. Followed by a morning tea break and then a gentle, relaxing class with mindfulness practice.
Lunch will include an assortment of seasonal fresh dishes served in traditional Spanish style. The day can end here, or you add on the option to swim and spend a couple of hours using the wonderful pool facilities.
