I took some time this weekend to create a few short videos, teaching a Hatha Yoga class.
Its a strange and unknown time, with anxiety and stress levels on the rise. If students aren’t able to make it to class in the coming weeks, I hope you’re able to still practice at home. Yoga has done wonders for my mental health; I want to continue passing on this gift to others. I hope yoga practice can bring you a moment of peace and calm.
This first video takes you through a warm up. Have a watch! Whilst practicing, as I always say in class, go with your bodies and not your ego, listen to your body.
