What To Expect
During Practice:



Breath Work
Class will open with a short breath work practice, helping to bring ourselves into the present moment, to feel grounded and to connect mind and body.
Movement
Moving through a series of yoga poses class will build strength and flexibility in the body. Focusing on those common tight areas of the desk worker ie shoulders and back.
Mindfulness
Class will end with a mindfulness practice, for example a guided visualisation. Focusing on a theme such as gratitude, encouraging a positive mindset.
