The private yoga studio offers a space to focus on yoga & mindfulness with stunning views. Take yoga workshops to deepen pose knowledge in the morning and gentle or yin yoga sessions in the evening.
The spacious Cotswold stone house overlooks a private lake, enjoy the lake with a paddle board, rowing boat or wild swim. Enjoy tasty, healthy food prepared by a private chef.

A spacious first floor room with views of the lake, an ensuite and walk in wardrobe. Beds can either be set up as twin or king. Perfect for friends or a couple.

The only room on the second floor it has its own private landing area, ensuite and 3 single beds. A large room with space to relax, views out to lake. Perfect for a group of friends, or beds can be booked individually for solo travellers (must be female).

November Retreat Includes Two Creative Workshops:
Loose & Expressive Beginners Watercolour
Inspired by plants and flowers, enjoy a brief introduction to watercolour and play with techniques such as application, control and dilution. You will then get creative, putting these skills into practice by creating your own loose and expressive beautiful watercolour masterpiece, on a piece of A4 paper. After practising the techniques above - we will create a watercolour Christmas card.
Baubles Two Ways
Decorating two Christmas tree ornaments using two different techniques - acrylic painted ceramic baubles - embellished with golf leaf and copper leaf options, and a fillable festive globe .
Make a personal message / label to add to the bauble ready to hang on the tree or gift to a loved one.
Cotswolds Retreat Day
Friday 6th September
Join me in the stunning cotswolds countryside for a day of yoga, walking, great food, lake activities and likeminded company - a truly wholesome day!
The day will begin with a dynamic yoga class in the private lakeside studio, followed by tea and homemade cake. We will then put on our walking boots and head out in the countryside for a stroll amongst the fields and pretty villages. Back home we will be greeted by a delicious lunch, once lunch is finished you have time to digest by the lake, or get out on a paddle board. The day will end with a gentle yoga class & short mindfulness practice.

Who Will Be Teaching the Yoga Classes?
Katie - I'll be taking all the morning and evening classes.
Style of class will involve hatha yoga workshops in the morning, and gentle or yin classes in the evening.
"I’ve attended three of Katie’s weekend retreats and have loved them all, so much so that I’ve recommend retreats with Katie to all my friends and family and plan on attending another one very soon. Katie has a real gift at holding space for a group. The atmosphere from the minute you arrive is relaxed and easy going, and I feel that everyone is very much at ease and comfortable just being themselves. You meet people from all walks of life and seemingly unlikely friendships are formed. The fact that Debbie (Katie’s mum) comes along on the retreats to help out with everything, just adds a really familial touch to the whole event, which, personally, I love. Katie’s yoga teaching style suits all levels, she’s great at describing things visually so that everyone, be it complete beginners or those more advanced, can fully immerse themselves in the class. The retreat venues are very luxurious and each one has a wow factor. The food served over the course of the weekend is healthy and wholesome, but also incredibly delicious and indulgent. You come home feeling refreshed and reset, and maybe even with a new perspective on certain aspects of life!"
