Salcombe Yoga Retreat Day I Saturday 23rd March

The day will begin with a yoga workshop, a playful dynamic flow building strength and flexibility in the body, stillness in the mind. A light and tasty breakfast will follow.
We will then head out for a beautiful coastal walk coming back to a delicious lunch.
In the afternoon a local artist Shirley will come to the house to take us through a painting workshop, focusing on seascape.
£159 per person.

Thames Lido Retreat Day I Sunday 28th April

Leave behind the busyness of the everyday, step into a place of relaxation and reconnection. Take a moment to pause, find space to breathe, spend time with likeminded people. 

In the morning we will deepen our knowledge of a variety of yoga poses⁠, build confidence and ultimately enhance our yoga practice with an informative workshop. After a morning break take a relaxing and restorative gentle yoga class with mindfulness practice to bring calm and connection to body & mind.

Lunch will include an assortment of seasonal fresh dishes served in traditional Spanish style. You will also have the option to have a glass of fizz or a non alcoholic cooler. The day can end here, or add on the option to spend a couple of hours using the spa facilities including a heated outdoor pool, hot tub, sauna and steam room. 

Private Yoga Studio
Yoga will take place in a beautiful lakeside studio.
Lake Activities
After lunch chill by the lake, even take the rowing boat out if you'd like!
Beautiful Cotswolds Countryside
Late morning we will take a stroll in the beautiful surrounding countryside, following footpaths we will find quaint villages, streams and maybe some wildlife.

The day will begin with a dynamic yoga class to build energy and strength, and end with a relaxing gentle yoga class and mindfulness practice. 

Cotswolds Yoga Retreat Day I Friday 7th June

Join me in the stunning cotswolds countryside for a day of yoga, walking, great food, lake activities and likeminded company - a truly wholesome day!

The day will begin with a dynamic yoga class in the private lakeside studio, followed by tea and homemade cake. We will then put on our walking boots and head out in the countryside for a stroll amongst the fields and pretty villages. Back home we will be greeted by a delicious lunch, once lunch is finished you have time to digest by the lake, or get out on a paddle board. The day will end with a gentle yoga class & short mindfulness practice.

Manor Farm is a beautiful working farm nestled between Bath and Bristol, the perfect location to switch off and re-connect to yourself whilst practising yoga, taking part in a creative activity (tbc), enjoying a countryside walk and having a tasty lunch.

Are Retreat Days suitable to attend alone?
Yes, lots of people attend by themselves, its a very welcoming and safe space, and a great opportunity to meet likeminded people.
When is payment due?
Full payment is due at the time of booking via the booking link.
Do I need to have yoga experience?
No, you can be a newbie! I will give you lots of verbal cues to make sure you're in the right position and feel comfortable and confident.
What style of yoga will you teach?
Morning workshops tend to be dynamic hatha yoga, with flowing sequences to build strength and flexibility in the body. Afternoon classes will be yin or gentle yoga to wind down and relax before departing.
